Come join Ellen Contard, certified Bradley instructor for this 12-week childbirth series. This class will help to prepare you to have a wonderful birth in the setting of your choice, be it in a hospital, at home, or at a birthing center. It is best to start classes between the 20th and 24th weeks of pregnancy in order to leave enough time to complete the series. We meet once a week for twelve weeks, giving you the opportunity to truly absorb knowledge, develop confidence, and train physically and mentally for the greatest work you will ever do!

Transition into Toddlerhood Class
As your child transitions from infancy into toddlerhood, there are points when the "tricks" that used to work like magic are no longer effective. Gain insight into the mind of your young child and learn effective strategies to support your child during his/her toddlerhood. Have your questions answered by an expert in early childhood development and education including strategies for tantrum prevention and management, getting your child to stop hitting or biting, techniques to encourage sharing and taking turns, and many insightful tips to ease life with a toddler at home. Class content is tailored the needs of class participants.

Our favorite teacher Julie Buck will be here to teach all expecting and new parents the basics of breastfeeding. Whether baby is due in a month or two months old come and learn about latch, positioning, and all the things you never knew you never knew. Two two-hour classes will cover everything without overwhelming new parents and allow you to come back after going home to apply some of the techniques with any questions you may have.
