 ON BEING THE GREEN MONKEY BABY'S CELEBRITY MOM OF THE MONTH:I'm a little shocked to be chosen as a Celebrity Mom. I feel honored. How wonderful...a new shop opens up, I fall in love with all the neat stuff and I made a new friend. Ever since I was told "I was the next Celebrity Mom", I laughed about it for a while. I thought to myself, ME?? WHY ME?? I'm just like any other mom.
FAVORITE GREEN MONKEY BABY ITEM:It's so hard to choose one...especially now that I have a boy and a girl. If I have to choose, I'd say, I love all the clothes. My favorite most recent purchase is the Nest Ruffle Dress in Navy.
CELEBRITY MOM TIP:As a Mom, you can't always be a supermom...though, we all try. We're always trying to take care of everyone...our husbands, the children, and we rarely stop to take care of ourselves. We recognize the importance to do that but we have to have help with everything else. So, my tip is to take all the help you can get!! It's okay.
PS from the owner...We chose Shannon because she's always smiling and always finds the positive in a bad situation. I've learned from Shannon that even in the midst of all our daily tasks, chores, errands, blah, blah, blah...a smile is a great cure. Shannon, thanks for your friendship and keep on smiling, girl!!
